Privacy notice
Effective 22 September 2026 · Last updated 22 September 2026
Who is responsible for your information?
Krusader Muay Thai, operated by Keith Gray, is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. The main contact address is Tattenhoe Lane, Bletchley, Milton Keynes, MK3 7RB. For privacy questions or requests, email masterkeithgray@live.co.uk or use the contact page.
What information do we collect?
When you make an enquiry, we may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, selected venue, programme or session, and the message you send. First-lesson forms also record whether you are contacting us as a parent or guardian for someone under 18 and the privacy acknowledgement required before submission.
The form includes a hidden anti-spam field. Formspree and the hosting service may also process technical information such as an IP address, browser or device details, timestamps and access logs for delivery, security and abuse prevention.
Please do not include medical information, payment details, identity documents or other sensitive information in a message. If you are enquiring for someone under 18, a parent or guardian should provide the contact details and have authority to do so.
How do we use it?
We use enquiry information to answer questions, discuss suitable classes or private coaching, arrange a requested first lesson, contact you about your request, prevent spam and protect the website and enquiry service. The form does not automatically book a lesson or make decisions about you.
For a request to start training, processing is necessary to take steps at your request before a possible contract. For general enquiries, responding to you and operating a secure enquiry service are legitimate interests. We will use your information for legal obligations where required.
We do not use enquiry information for an unrelated marketing list. Reading this notice is not marketing consent, and the site does not include an email marketing signup.
Who receives information?
Enquiry submissions are sent directly to Formspree, which processes the form submission for Krusader Muay Thai. The submission is intended for the Krusader team and access should be limited to people who need it to respond. Formspree’s handling is also subject to its privacy policy.
The website is hosted through IONOS. IONOS may process technical information needed to host, secure and deliver the site; its privacy information applies to that processing.
Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where required, transfers rely on an applicable adequacy decision or contractual and other safeguards required by data protection law.
Using an email, phone, map or social-media link starts communication with that third party. Their own privacy terms apply.
How long do we keep it and how is it protected?
We normally keep an enquiry and related correspondence for up to 12 months after the last contact, then delete it unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing relationship, a legal obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Formspree may retain submissions under its own service and account settings; contact us if you need help with a submission.
The form does not intentionally save your contact details in browser storage. We use reasonable access controls and the security features provided by the hosting and form-processing services. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please do not send sensitive information through the form.
Cookies, fonts and external services
The site does not use advertising cookies, analytics or behavioural tracking. It does not intentionally store enquiry details in cookies or local storage. Essential technical logs or protections used by the hosting and form providers may still process information needed to deliver and secure the service.
The site loads Montserrat and Inter fonts from Google Fonts, which may send your IP address, browser information and the requested page to Google. Google’s privacy policy applies. Product and gallery images are served as website assets.
Your rights and complaints
Subject to legal conditions and exceptions, UK data protection law may give you the right to ask for access to your information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction of processing, or a copy of information you provided. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights are not absolute and we may need to verify your identity before responding.
Contact masterkeithgray@live.co.uk to exercise a right or ask a privacy question. We aim to respond without undue delay and normally within one month. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when the way the site or enquiry service handles information changes. The effective and updated dates at the top will show when the current version took effect. Material changes will be communicated where required.
